Family Resource Guides:

Our first guide can help caregivers manage stress and model emotional regulation so that their children can learn those same skills. By using this guide together as a family, you can increase family connectedness and decrease unhealthy behaviors that can lead to violence.

Our second guide focuses on healthy communication and conflict management. Learning to catch ourselves early in the conflict-response cycle can help avoid jumping to conclusions and damaging our relationships.
